Higgins: The face of a curmudgeon. He came to me through BellyRubs as an owner-surrender in January 2021, shortly after I lost my sweet Barney to cancer. This 10-year-old fellow just nuzzled his way into my heart. Never underestimate the healing power of an old grumpy hound dog. Adopt a senior.
