Higgy joined our family in August after we lost BRBR alum Opie to cancer in the spring. Higgy is a ball of boundless puppy energy, extreme smarts and notorious basset stubbornness. He is very busy. And he would love to tell you about it. (Ie bark and bark and bark at you).
