Tulip came from Belly Rubs Rescue. She was found only because someone was out looking for their blind dog who had gotten out. She was underweight by about 20lbs, large cancerous tumor on hip, ear almost cut off which was infected and full of maggots. Heart worm positive. Talk about strikes against her!! She was fostered by a wonderful lady name Diana who fed her home cooked meals and nursed her back to health. I adopted her the end of March 2021. Only in the last month have she gained her voice and is beginning to trust again.
