Belly Rubs rescued Cooper off the streets of Knoxville and placed with a loving foster family. He won our hearts after our first visit with him. Cooper has been a member of our family for almost two years now. He has a wonderful personality. He loves everyone and every dog he meets. His favorite hobbies are to snuggle and to nap.
