Tipsy was adopted from OCAS at 6 months of age and we knew right away there were a few things wrong medically. Tipsy was born with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, deaf and has a respiratory disease with 1 collapsed lung. Aside from her medical issues, Tipsy is the sweetest most loving kitty and we are so happy to have her as part of our family.
