Hello from Juliette, a proud and loving Havanese—though most know me as the "Lil Princess of Highgrove Place." I was born under the sunny skies of Los Angeles and raised in the picturesque hills of West Vancouver. While I come from a lineage of champions, marked by grace and pride, my life has been shaped by something far more profound—family and love.

I was the little sister to Jigolo, my best friend and constant companion on all my adventures. Together, we were affectionately known as "Jigol and Julie," inseparable in every way. His presence filled my days with joy, and I always felt safe with him by my side. But when I was just a year old, our lives were changed forever. Bears, drawn by the apple trees, dug under the fences and wandered into the yard where Jigolo spent his days with Dad. I barked as loudly as I could to warn my dad, but despite my efforts, Jigolo came back to Dad’s whistle, bleeding and injured.

We rushed him to the emergency vet, but after a long, heartbreaking night, we lost him. He was only 10 years old, and my world felt shattered. I spent years struggling with the trauma, but thanks to my parents' endless love and care, I began to heal. Though Jigolo is no longer physically with me, his spirit remains ever-present, and I carry his memory in my heart every day.

The years that followed were difficult, but with my family’s unwavering support, I found joy again. Now, at 9 years old, my life is filled with happiness. I have wonderful friends—Shadow, Winsent, Teddy, and Harly—who often come to my door, and together we play in our cozy little cul-de-sac. Yet, I know that not every animal is as fortunate as I’ve been. Some face dangers and hardships through no fault of their own, just as Jigolo did. That’s why I’m reaching out to ask for your help.
