Abandoned in a ditch on BC’s Highway of Tears, this blind and deaf senior was rescued by the SPCA where a team of veterinarians and shelter workers began their hard work and magic. We immediately fell in love with this special needs Corgi-cross. Eleven months later and Maisy has regained substantial vision – enough to watch the hummingbirds outside her new windows in her forever home. She will always be deaf, but love is a universal language.
