Togo was born on a farm outside of Kamloops BC with 7 other brothers and sisters. He was one of the two left for adoption at the time me and my wife (Natasha) found him on a Facebook page up for adoption. Togo's mother dug a huge den in the front yard of the farm and hid inside to give birth and raise her puppies for the first few weeks. We were told by Togo's mom's owner she was eight months pregnant herself and had to be lowered into the den by her husband to scoop up the puppies after they were born to get their first vet check up and so her husband could fill in the den with his tractor while they were at vet clinic. When they put pictures up on the internet of the puppies to adopt them out they were almost all identical pure white Great Pyrenees, so they kept different colored collars on them to identify the individuals. There was a couple videos of the parents and puppies so you could have an idea of what they would be like grown up and Togo's mom was running in tight circles while she ran around in a big circle around the puppies and the father while she snorted and barked and growled out of sheer happiness and it didn't take Togo long to start doing the exact same crazy tight circles while running in a big circle while snorting and growling while he was extremely excited and playing. For as big as he got about 120lbs at just 2 years old he didn't have a mean bone in his body, he loved everyone and every animal, cats, dogs, squirrels, raccoons and everything and anything that was alive he loved and still loves.
