Stephen is a 4 year old happy and handsome boy adopted from the Powell River & District BCSPCA. He was adopted as a kitten with Cerebellar Hypoplasia (wobbly cat syndrome). Despite Stephen's physical setbacks, he has never let his condition get in his way! His determination and curiosity always win, and he is absolutely thrilled about every moment.
