We adopted Fred from the Kelowna SPCA after our previous SPCA adopted dog, our sweet Coal passed away. Fred is the sweetest dog, a total goofball, and is a social butterfly. Well loved by his cat siblings, brother Petey and sister Lucy - who was also adopted from the same SPCA.
