Jake is a 6 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback who joined our family 3 years ago after being returned to the breeder (!). We feel so incredibly lucky to have him. He came with a host of medical problems including a mangled ear from a botched surgery to address chronic ear infections, and is a magnet for vet bills. Right now, he is recovering from a broken toe after an overly enthusiastic run in the park with his adopted sister Asha (see other entry). But he is a cuddle bug who likes sleeping under the blankets and we love him to pieces. PS because of his broken toe he could not compete in the great Covid TP challenge but he is very athletic and would kick Asha's butt if we had more TP in the house....!
