Animal BioFrankie was surrendered at the Animal Emergency Clinic is the Fraser Valley at 2 weeks of age in August 2019. She had a significant laceration that encompassed almost her entire abdomen. It was only skin deep, but exposed her muscles and underlying tissues and needed to be repaired surgically but the owners did not have money to do this. The Abbotsford SPCA stepped in to help along with myself as a foster mom for her. It took weeks of constant wound care, bottle feeding and love but she survived and thrived. I adopted her a few weeks into the foster because it became evident that she belonged in my home along with my other cats and 2 black Labrador Retrievers who all welcomed her. She is now a happy, healthy and very rambunctious kitten who loves her outdoor catio and harness walks as well as sleeping with her dog and cat friends. She is a welcome edition!
