My name is Darling and I think I am about 5 1/2 years old. I hadn't been very long at the Victoria SPCA...had been with a foster family for a while as I had just had babies . Now was back waiting for someone to fall in love with me and take me to my forever home.
I saw this lady come in and I just knew she was the one I wanted to be with forever...I waited till she had seen all the other kitties in my room and when she came over I immediately put my paws out onto her shoulder and wrapped myself around her neck. I just knew I had won her over!
That was four years ago...I now have my parents completely wrapped around my little paw ( maybe not so little now!)I live in total comfort, I am pampered, taken for walks on my leash...or should I say I take them where I would like to go! I am fed a sensible diet so that I don't get fat, have fetch and carry toys as I love things being tossed in the air for me to jump and catch...this helps me to stay reasonably slim and gives me good exercise although I do prefer to lounge in my favourite chair and watch Animal Planet on TV.
