This is a picture of Cooper the Min Pin's 10th birthday!
Coco the 9 year old chihuahua was adopted by someone who didn't have room in her life for her. She was left in her kennel only let out to relieve herself.
Kato the 8 year old dachshund x min pin was in a drug house that he kept running from til he finally got hit by a car and broke his leg, I was working in a vet when I saw the craigslist ads from the owner who had no money for him but never went to visit him. I offered to help with the bill on the condition that I got to keep him. Sight unseen. Since I have had him he has never even attempted to run.
Cooper the 10 year old bring Min Pin had a limp as a puppy and I kept bringing him back to the vet the breeder recommended who claimed he had growing pains. I took him for a second opinion when he was just under a year and it turns out he had Leggs Perth and needed to have his femoral head excised. I approached the breeder and he told me to bring back the dog and he would give me a new one! Like a sweater! All he needed was surgery! Needless to say, I fought and got the surgery paid for by the breeder!
All 3 are a goofy bunch! Loved beyond anything!
