zoe is an "alberni special" who became my best birthday present ever in 2011. she loves to run and run and run - and play "tag" with her furry friends on the beach and in the forest. she gets super excited when we saddle up our mountain bikes or lace up our hiking boots. zoe has a high performance nose and cannot resist sniffing out squirrels and bunnies and rolling in very smelly things when we aren't watching...she is a social girl who loves to play with her furry friends (phyllis the cat and cochise the dog) when we visit their people. zoe is especially adept at pre-washing our dishes and keeping the squirrels and deer out of our yard :) she is not especially happy about getting dressed up - but can be persuaded with treats.
