Sam- 10.5 year old golden mix adopted from the West Van SPCA in 2015.
Softest fur, soulful eyes, waggy tail, lover of stuffies & all treats, looks dapper in a bowtie.
Finley - 8 year old siberian husky mix adopted from the Burnaby SPCA in 2018.
Icy blue eyes, perky ears, curious but shy nature, boingy jumper, lover of naps, and equally dapper in a bowtie.

Sam was surrendered when his previous guardian’s own health deteriorated. At the time, Sam required knee surgery and needed to shed quite a bit of weight. Post surgery and with hydrotherapy, Sam bounced back and now enjoys long walks, car rides and adventures with his brother Finley. He enters every situation nose forward, eyes bright, ready smile, and eager to make new friends! He loves a good snuggle and is generous with his kisses.

Finley came to us after he was transferred from up North. He was part of a cruelty investigation and seizure, at a sled dog operation. Severely underweight, nervous and shy, we brought him into our home where over the last few months we have seen him slowly becoming the dog he is meant to be. His story begins anew as he faces each new situation, experience and person, with gentle curiosity. His confidence and trust continue to grow as he finally has a family who loves him, and more than that, a family that strives to be worthy of his love.

Two senior pups in the home means lots of naps, and we often find them snuggled next to one another. They continue to surprise us with their “second puppyhood” behaviour; so much unbridled joy for the simplest of doggy pleasures- a new park, a favourite walk, ear scratches and tummy rubs, new friends. Most of all, they are the best buddies we could ever ask for!
