We adopted Pepper from the Port Coquitlam SPCA in August 2017. Her name at the time was Nubia. She’s full of mischief and meows. From the first time we met Pepper until now she hasn’t lost any of her energy or playfulness. Her purrs are really loud and plentiful and she has so much affection to give.
