Rudy (flame point) and Chin (chocolate point) are the Best of Friends. Rudy came into our lives after we lost our beloved flame point Sméagol, we started looking for a new buddy for our boy Casper as he was very down after losing his best bud, we got so lucky in finding Rudy (Nanaimo SPCA) and in turn he got to enjoy a year with a wonderful big brother Casper, before he passed as well. A week before we lost Casper we saw Chin online (Campbell River SPCA) and knowing Casper's time was coming we hoped a new little fella would help Rudy with the transition. It was the best thing we could have ever done, Rudy and Chin are like "Siamese" twins, never far apart. Rudy had come from a home with many cats and when he came to us we had two seniors so at 2 years he was growing old, Chin came to us as a feral at 3 months old and the two of them instantly bonded. Chin helped Rudy with the loss of Casper and Rudy helped Chin with the separation from his siblings. The boys have brought us much love and happiness and we know that Casper and Sméagol would be happy knowing we are sharing our love with our new forever furry fiends.
