I have been volunteering on the fundraising and community council for the Tri Cities BCSPCA for about a year and love it! Can't wait to do more good work with this amazing organization.

Casper was found with his two siblings in a recycling depot. He is very athletic and loves to jump up high and also climb into tight spaces. He is a little "goofy" and certainly makes us laugh! Especially when gives us "the look".
