Wilson was a foster fail, plain and simple. He came to Victoria SPCA in rough shape as a stray. He was neutered and had all but 5 teeth extracted. With an extra spring to his step, he set out on a new life as Wilson. He will stop people in mid step, just to get a pet in or a picture taken with him and loves every minute. My hour long walk down at Dallas Rd would turn into 2 or 3 with people wanting to say hello☺️ Wilson puts a smile on my face every day, as well as everyone else.
