Sergeant Pepper's mom is a Chihuahua from Tijuana Mexico. She was in Canada for a very short time and gave birth to a litter of adorable pups. We have no idea what the father is other than an Mexican Street dog. Segeant Pepper is a very agile fast dog and loves love ..... he also can jump a good distance with ease. He has made our family whole and that is all that matters.
