Tuffy is a recent grad from the Victoria Branch of the SPCA(class of '15)

After major dental work, done by the SPCA, Tuffy has turned into the sweetest, most loving dog I've ever known, and I'm glad he chose me to be his guardian.

The message on his toy reads - "It's hard to be good!"
