Theo was adopted from the Vancouver SPCA branch, initially a shy dog, but once he warmed up, he is the most friendly little dog you can ever meet! He was given up because he swallowed some carpet from being neglected for long hours and the owner couldn't afford the bill. He came home with us very thin and weak from surgery (paid for by SPCA!) but has now grown to a healthy weight! Please vote to help others just like Theo find a loving forever home. :)
