At a distance, (area is across the airport), I saw a coyote walking on a land mass near the water. It was low tide, so it was able to walk to reach this area. I think the coyote was scouting out the otter that was swimming in the water. Then the otter came out from the water and walked on the land. Both were now chasing each other. I thought one of them might get hurt but surprisingly, not one of them was injured/hurt. I think they were playing when I thought one was about to attack the other. In the end, I conclude that they are friends and they were just having fun playing when the sun was setting.
