Bear encounter Part 1 - Spent some time with this beautiful creature on Sunday; This is one of my favorite pics from the encounter.

Drove into the Squamish wilderness and hung out in an clearing hoping to see some wildlife. This black bear showed up and was fully aware of my presence even though I was at least 80 meters away. It was cautious, but it only took him a couple of minutes to realize I wasn't interested in his Willow snacks. It was totally uninterested in me except for this one second where he looked right into the lens!
