Frederick was born in rescue, after both his parents were relinquished. Adopted at ten weeks of age, he is now almost eight years old and full of absolute Love! He greets everyone he meets with happy bounces of pure joy. Lovingly nicknamed “Buffalo Butt”, Fred makes every day a comedy day!
