Buddy found my husband who was working on a gravel road in rural Oklahoma. Buddy came out of a bean field on a very hot July day to lay down under my husband's work trailer. My husband checked all of the resources in the surrounding area to see if someone lost their dog. Buddy ended up taking a ride to Illinois. I was going to bring Buddy to BAHS for adoption because I had to senior dogs but it was love at first site! I couldn't give this beautiful, smart puppy away. He's been with us now for over 2 years. He can open the outside door to let himself in and I've taught him to close the door behind him! He's a blessing to this family and I love him so much!
