Felicity Hope was found as a stray by Sacramento County Animal Control, severely emaciated and overbred. We took her in as a foster through PB SOC, saccountydogs.com, to help her gain weight and prepare for adoption. We fell in love with this girl and failed at fostering! We adopted Felicity Hope in June of 2016.
