Kona has an enormous joy for life, and it is contagious when you spend time around her. She was just a pup when she came into my home as a foster dog. An adorable squatty, blockheaded pup with badly cropped ears, so full of love she practically farted kisses. I've taken thousands of photos of dogs over the years and this one is perhaps my favorite. It calms my soul when I look at this sweet face in such a contented, ponderous state of repose. I hope you feel the same when you look at it. She found a fabulous home with Tim and Amber.
