Your Pet's Story or Bio
Macchiato was rescued in Mexico after getting injured protecting orphans (yes, true story!). The nerve damage from her injuries causes her tongue to hang out, and she has limited function in her right eye. She was brought to Arizona, where she had a litter of puppies. We met her three years ago, and we are so grateful to be able to provide her with a comfortable and safe forever home (and spoil her rotten!). Her side tongue is a daily reminder of her bravery, and also gets her a lot of attention & adoration from everyone who meets her. She loves munching on carrots and ice cubes, getting belly rubs, chasing her favorite balls, and walkies.
