Betty was the sweetest kitty. When I first got her she wanted NOTHING to do with me. Slowly she warmed up to me, and she started to give love to anyone she met. She truly was the definition of “what love can do”. I miss her everyday.

Betty was a shelter cat rescued during Florence. She was shy, but spunky. She learned to love people and be a social butterfly, even after the hurricane and living at the shelter.
