A little about me...
My name is Boomer and I’m the most interesting dog in the world! I’m a 15 and 1/2 year old Pomeranian/Yorkie mix and I rescued my human on July 2, 2010. I have an honorary PhD in physics from Auburn University (I basically wrote my human’s dissertation for her). I picked out my dad in 2017, and we’ve been a family ever since! In my younger days, I was very adventurous and traveled from one end of the country and back again, visiting 20 states, 7 national parks, and many state parks along the way. I love to go hiking in Shenandoah but make my humans carry me most of the way in my pack. I love to hang out at the beach, chase my squirrel friends at the park, and take long naps too. I get a blueberry every night before bedtime. I have a snaggletooth that I try and scare everyone with, but most people just find it to be adorable. Please vote for me!
