Pet's Story/Bio
My name is Sadie and I am 14 years old. When I was an older puppy at the humane society in Muscatine, Iowa, the people who wanted to adopt me had planned to keep me outside tied up to a dog house. Luckily the humane society staff heard about their intentions and refused to let them adopt me. It was pretty clear to the staff that a dog house was not acceptable for a princess like me. In fact, they had named me Xena. Even though the family who adopted me changed my name, they have always treated me like the princess that I am. We moved to Salida when I was 2 years old and I love living in the mountains with my family and our other dogs and cats.
