Kima was rescued from a shelter in Northern New Mexico at 10 weeks old. During the long drive to get her, a severe snow storms that in. There were multiple moments along the way when I thought we might turn back. It was just me and my 14 month old daughter. But we made it, and adopted her. She was a scared fluffy fur ball who howled the entire 3 hour drive home. She is now 4 years old and our daughter is 5. Kima was the perfect addition to complete our family!
