Submit Your Photo
To enter your pet in the Associated Humane Societies and Popcorn Park Animal Refuge’s online photo contest, you must provide information about your pet and then upload your HIGH-RESOLUTION photograph. There is a $10 entry fee which also counts towards your pet's total votes. A new entry fee is required for each photo you enter.
All photos and votes must be submitted by 6:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, September 10, 2024.
Eligible Pictures
- Photos must be submitted in landscape (horizontal) format and must be high-quality (ex: not blurry or out of focus). Photos must also be uploaded in full color and as a .jpg file.
- Photos must contain either a dog or cat or some combination of cats or dogs. Photos may not contain people. We will not be able to accept photos of other types of pets.
- Any inappropriate images submitted will be removed immediately with no opportunity for a refund.
- One person may submit as many images as they choose, however please be aware that votes of friends and family will be spread out over the images, lessening your chances of winning.
Voting
- Minimum of 5 votes at the time of voting. Pets will receive 1 vote for every $1 donated.
- You do not have to use all your votes at the time of the donation. You may store your votes and use them at a later date in the contest.
- Donations are tax deductible by law. Please save your credit card receipts for your tax records. The Associated Humane Societies is a 501©3 non-profit organization (tax id 22-1487122).
- The 2 Top Dog and 2 Top Cat pictures with the most votes (donations) at the end of the contest will win!
