Rules

This contest is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years or older.
Employees of Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund (ASPSF) are not eligible to win.
All entries and votes must be submitted between 12:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Friday, April 28, 2023, and 11:59:59 PM (Central Time) on Wednesday, May 31, 2023.
All photos must be submitted through the online contest platform; physical photos or mail-in/hand-delivered photo entries will not be included.
Votes are $1 each. $20 will count for 20 Votes and $50 will count for 50 Votes, etc.
The photo with the highest number of votes will receive a $400 Amazon gift card.
The photo with the second-highest number of votes will receive a $200 Amazon gift card.
All entries become the property of ASPSF. We will not offer entry fee refunds.
By submitting an entry, participants agree to allow the use of their name, and/or photograph for promoting this contest without compensation.
By submitting a photo to the contest, you affirm that you are the photographer, or have been given unrestricted use permission by the photographer, to include the photo.
Only one photo per mother-daughter duo may be submitted.
Entries with mothers and sons can also be submitted.
All photos must be digital and do not need to be professional.
ASPSF reserves the right to remove photo entries that are inappropriate or do not follow the rules of the contest. If this happens, we will contact you to see if the photo can be replaced with a new one.
ASPSF has no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
All contest entrants agree to release ASPSF from any and all claims and liability with respect to and in any way arising from participating in this contest, accepting of any prize(s), or technical, hardware, software or other failures of any kind.
