Frankie is a PRO dog from 2013. He's almost 12 years old! He is still the ornery little dog from the day we brought him home. He was in the PUPP program. He loves walks and belly rubs! He loves to lay with his dad! He has an 8 year old Wheaten Terrier brother. We love Frankie so much and often wonder what we did before he came to live here! 🐶🐾💙
