Tilly was rescued from Franklin County Dog Shelter, where she was after being picked up as a stray and was suspected to be a former backyard breeder’s dog. She was very timid and malnourished when she first arrived, but with love and a lot of treats, she has blossomed into a sweet, very cuddly, loving baby who gets the silliest zoomies. She loves to be near people, and will go as far as to sit on your laptop while you are working to get your attention and affection. She is my angel girl!
