I'm a 60 yr old woman who found painting as therapy. Most time i paint listening to music and paint with the music. I just started facing my past, working thru the trauma instead of running from it. I use acrylic paint.

I was a insecure person , full of fear and shame, had fibromyalgia. I know my story isnt what your looking for but i found relaxation through painting.. it releases stress, teaches creativity and freedom. I've learned you don't need a picture to start. The money can go toward someone who needs it
