Phoebe is a happy little dog and loves to sit on your lap and give doggie kisses! She loves to run, chase and play with her brother Bailey. She was scared to death when I got her to foster but she quickly came around and she stole my heart. She is such a sweet and loving dog. Don't know what I'd do with out her.
