Rules

ENTRIES:

Photographs must be of pets only. We would love to have you share a short story about your pet.
You will need to provide pet's name, your full name, and contact info such as address, phone number and email address. Your contact info will be kept private and is for the purposes of this contest.
All entries must be digital photos, color, and contain well-focused images in good quality and high resolution (300dpi or higher, which is 2550 x 3300 pixels for full page or approximately 300 x 300 pixels for date block photos). The top 12 winners will be printed in a calendar approximately 11" x 8". Aristocats will request another substitute photo if image is deemed not suitable for enlargement, or if one can't be provided, it may be replaced or disqualified, and place given to the next highest voted qualifying photo.
No copyrighted photos can be accepted, these photos must be yours and you have the right to use them. Aristocats, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify at any time any photo it determines to be unsuitable.
Once entered all photos become the property of Aristocats, Inc. for the purposes of this contest and calendar only and will be used in its printing and publication.
There is a $5 entry fee for each photo; there is no limit on the number of photos entered.
Please enter the month you would love to have your pet's photo on and a 2^nd and 3^rd month in case the first one is not available. (The top 12 winners will get an entire page to feature their baby)! Also, enter 3 specific dates in the order of preference, to place your pet's photo. This will be used to place your photo in the calendar in the event you do not make the top 12. If you definitely want a spot on a specific date, please read "Reserve a Day" section on how to reserve a day!
Entries and voting accepted beginning at 9:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Thursday, August 29, 2024 and ending at 11:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, November 2, 2024.

VOTING:

Voting is open to everyone. Votes are $1 each. Each dollar donated equals an equivalent number of votes that are placed in the donor's "vote bank" (for example, a $5.00 donation equals 5 votes). There is no minimum or limit to votes! We recommend (but not required) that voters cast five votes at a time, ($5.00, to any photo or photo's) to help us keep sane.
Voting begins along with the entry dates for simplicity. Votes may begin as soon as the contest begins, 9:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Thursday, August 29, 2024 and ends at 11:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, November 2, 2024.
