Meet Lilly, a spirited 13-year-old cocker spaniel mix with a heart as big as her floppy ears. Lilly didn’t have the easiest start in life—she was rescued from a home where she spent her early years confined to a cage because the children in the household were allergic to her. Despite her difficult beginnings, Lilly’s resilience and sweet personality have made her a true star in her forever home.

Lilly is a performer at heart, especially when food is involved! She delights her family with charming tricks and shows off her skills by delivering the newspaper every morning. One of her favorite activities is sniffing out hidden treats around the house, proving that her nose for fun is as sharp as ever.

While Lilly isn’t particularly fond of other dogs—perhaps a lingering effect of her caged upbringing—she absolutely adores her mom and dad. Cuddling with them is her favorite pastime, and her love knows no bounds. Lilly's journey from a lonely cage to a loving home is a testament to her unbreakable spirit and boundless capacity for love.
