Charlie was adopted from Austin Pets Alive here in Austin, TX. He uses a wheelchair when we're outside of the house, but when we're home he just scoots around! He has no idea he's disabled. He's the sweetest, kindest soul, except when he's a bully for scratches under his chin. He's relentless!
