Animal’s Story
Phoebe was known by ARF as “Cascade”. She was a little street urchin rescued in the Spring of 2019 and it was instant love ❤️ when we met. I took her home that very day, and we have been the best of companions ever since. She would tell you her favorite things are Sitting in the Ivy, Cookies and Meeting other Doggies and their Companion. Of course her girlish figure is also important, but she hates grooming - a real wiggle-worm.!!
