Cotter was rescued from a shelter by ARF (Stephanie Pongo) in 2001 and transported to by Cynthia Stagg. He was my beautiful sweet little Cotter Bear and the most wonderful gift from God. Cotter passed away last June and his sunny smiles are missed beyond words. Thank you ARF for my Pom-son! He was one in a million and because of him-hundreds of Pomeranian were rescued nationwide due to rescue work.
