Charlotte County Deputy, Ron Siegerdt was on patrol and found a black Cocker Spaniel. He had to follow rules & regulations, the dog was brought as a stray to the Animal Welfare League. My Dad stayed in contact throughout the entire process awaiting the dog's availability for Adoption.
When Shirley McVicker called him, he responded immediately and adopted her. Brandy was Loved and Well Taken Care of. You see, she was losing her eyesight. Brandy lived many years being blind and bringing my Parents a lot of LOVE. My Mom NEVER moved the furniture around, Brandy knew where everything in the house was, she navigated very well.....AMAZING !!!! Another Beloved Dog crossed over "The Rainbow Bridge". A statue of her is in my Parent's front yard.
