Murray Puss is a very special boy. I was recovering from a stroke at home when I had to make the decision to put down my 16 year old cat, Precious. It was heartbreaking. A few days later I was missing Precious & the love of a cat in my home. So off to AWL I went. I wanted an older cat that wasn't so "adoptable". I sat on the floor in one of the cat rooms & from no where came this young, black baby who crawled into my lap and fell asleep purring. I knew then that he had adopted me. He may have only been a teenager but I have since learned black cats are the last to get adopted because they are black. I have also learned how very special they are!
