Doppler came to me as a foster from Buddies Thru Bullies, Inc., English Bulldog Rescue. I was the person who had pulled him from the Lee County Shelter and transported him for evaluation to SE Florida, the home of Buddies Thru Bullies. Approximately 6 months later I was asked to foster Doppler as he was a special needs Bulldog. I said yes and became a foster failure because I adopted him shortly thereafter. I knew Doppler had inoperable cancer when I adopted him, and in January of 2014 Doppler crossed to Rainbow Bridge. The seniors make my heart smile.
