Rheagan is a member of Chief of Animal Control Jennifer Toussaint's family. Rheagan has come and taught kids camp at the Animal Welfare League for 8 years, has been the buddy of countless foster animals, and is a source of joy and laughter daily for her family. Rheagan enjoys playing a game (or 20) of fetch, eating ice cubes, napping in the sun, and swimming. Rheagan is all around the absolute best!
