I called my friend in Richmond Va. one day, as she was getting her mail. She said there's a tiny dog out in the street, in front of my house, it looks like a Yorkie. She started talking to him and opened the gate and he came right in. She sent me some pictures and liked him so much, I traveled to Richmond to rescue him, and share my home with him. He was matted, underfeed(3) lbs. and uncared for . I have had Richmond for a year and a half. He is doing fine. He is a sweet dog, likes to cuddle, talks when he wants something, and
gets along very well with other dogs, and so that is how he named Ricmond.
